Ms Kelly Xie obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Sydney and she has the Certificate of legal profession qualification of People’s Republic of China.

Before joining Ma & Company Solicitors, Kelly has practiced law in Mainland China for many years and was once served as a partner of World Commercial Law Firm in Guangdong. Kelly was also a member of the Government Legal Advisory Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, a member of the Culture, Sports and Welfare Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, and a full-time lawyer of Dacheng Guangzhou Office (Beijing Dacheng Law Firm), etc.

Kelly was awarded the title of “Outstanding Lawyer of the Year” by Dacheng Guangzhou office (Bejing Dacheng Law Firm) in 2018. With this honorary award, her outstanding ability is well proven.

Kelly believes that it is very important to provide clients with high-quality and efficient legal services.
