Ms Emma Teng has obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from University of NSW in Sydney and a Bachelor Degree of Arts of English Literature from China University of Political Science and Law, and was admitted in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Emma specializes in Property Law.  She has experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial and retail leasing transactions; sales and acquisitions of commercial, retail, rural and residential properties; option agreements; off the plan sales and purchases; and drafting easements and covenants.
