Ms Monica Li obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from University of NSW in Sydney and was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2023.

Monica specializes in civil and commercial litigation, family law and employment law.

On commercial & civil litigation matters, Monica consistently advises on contentious matters in various levels of the NSW Courts, including Supreme Court, District Court, and the Local Court. She acts for clients in contract disputes, debt recovery, professional indemnity claims, shareholder disputes as well as disputes arsing from trust arrangements.  

Monica has broad experiences with the Family Court of Australia, including both parenting and property matters.  

On employment matters, Monica advises both employers and employees on the arrangements. She is familiar with the Fair Work Commission and the general law division of the Federal Circuit Court.
